Founded in 2008 in Pula, Istria, ExtremeSurvive™ is Croatia’s first survival school, adventure, and outdoor organization. With decades of experience in adventure education, our mission is simple yet powerful: to teach people of all ages how to truly experience and thrive in the natural world.

Our programs unfold across Istria and Croatia, from the terrains around Lake Butonigla and private areas on the island of Unije, to remote islands on the west Istrian coast, untouched mountain ranges with hidden caves, ancient forests, fertile lowlands, pristine streams, and wild coastlines. Here, participants encounter wildlife from wolves and wild boars to lynx, foxes, and dolphins, and explore ecosystems and plant species that are increasingly rare across Europe.

We offer a wide range of adventures for individuals, groups, schools, and families: mountain expeditions, forest survival, coastal exploration, coasteering, free diving, and more. Every adventure is led by highly qualified instructors, teaching essential survival skills, teamwork, leadership, resilience, and a deep respect for nature. Our approach blends fun, education, and pure adventure – leaving participants with unforgettable experiences and lifelong memories.

For over thirty years, our team has dedicated itself to pioneering outdoor education in Italy and Croatia. We have founded numerous organizations, workshops, adventure clubs, and wilderness therapy programs, creating decades of free workshops, eco-projects, and community initiatives. Our instructors are certified rescuers, survival experts, and globally recognized leaders in outdoor education – some even awarded “honoris causa” for their contribution to the international outdoor sector.
