Tempar Academy™

Welcome to the place where comfort ends, and character begins. Our program is not just another outdoor course; it delivers outstanding results in leadership, self-confidence, teamwork, and discipline, while forging deep, lifelong friendships.

This is more than survival. This is the evolution of leadership. While most survival schools only teach you how to start a fire for warmth, we teach you how to ignite a team when everyone else wants to give up. This is a unique educational activity tailored for young leaders – for the elite who understand that true control comes only when all barriers and excuses are removed.

Our training is brutally honest. There is no hiding behind expensive equipment or fake authority here. It is just you, your team, and the unforgiving terrain. Through this process, we combine ancient survival skills with modern leadership psychology, creating an educationally superior experience. Through intensive fieldwork, key skills are mastered: from group dynamics and motivational speaking to issuing clear commands and safely leading a team. We teach you how to manage people in a crisis, how to solve problems when plans fail, and how to maintain ethics and discipline when fatigue sets in.

We do not create followers. We create leaders capable of making hard decisions under pressure. Becoming the world's youngest Survival and Outdoor Instructor here is not just a title. It is a metaphor for leadership unmasked. It is a state of total sensory awareness and the acceptance of absolute responsibility for yourself and others.

Are you ready to step up? Our cycles are closed groups and require rigorous pre-selection. We do not seek numbers; we seek maximum commitment and character. Remember, at Tempar you don’t just train skills — here, you build the future.
